Hola, bienvenidos de nuevo a su canal de Tienda Porriniz en este vídeo aprenderás sobre la Cámara 360 wifi app HD IOT CAMERA su conexión configuración ap router datos funciones empezar a usar tu nueva cámara de manera rápida intuitiva.

Algunos tips adicionales a tener en cuenta:

* Si por algun motivo, conectas el modo AP y te aparece OFFLINE o Fuera de linea y no puede acceder revisa que el telefono o tableta sigan conectados directamente al wifi de la camara, por lo general los telefonos y las tabletas se desconectan de manera automatica para conectarse de nuevo al router ocasionando que no logres continuar con el proceso de configuración, para solucionar esto elimina la red wifi hogar y cuando termines de realizar toda la configuración la vuelves añadir como red principal.

* Si la cámara se queda bloqueada y el led azul se queda encendido fijo y no responde ningún botón ni mode ni on/offf puede ser que se a protegido por algún error en el software ocasionado durante el proceso de configuración, para solucionar esto desconecta la cámara del cable USB y espera hasta que la cámara se descargue completamente, cuando led azul o rojo se apaguen completamente ahora si vuelves a conectar la cámara al puerto USB y inciaras de nuevo todo el proceso.

* Cuando vayan a poner contraseña al camara en la ventana de asignacion de contraseña, les va solicitar el password OLD (viejo o de fabrica) es este: admin y luego asignan un password nuevo de 4 a 31 digitos, comparta la camara con otros dispitivos recuerde compartir la contraseña para que pueda ingresar.

Posibles estados fuera de línea:

* Que la cámara está muy lejos del router de Internet y la señal WiFi está débil, posiblemente las puertas, muros, electrodomesticos, y personas en el sitio absorben el poco de señal que está recibiendo y por ese motivo no esté mostrando la cámara online.

* Otro posible incoveniente es que el internet este presentando intermitencia, porque los datos móviles no deben afectar el funcionamiento de la cámara, porque la cámara trabaja es anclada al sistema de internet hogar.

* Otro punto muy importante a tener en cuenta es que si la cámara se comparte, solo una persona la puede ver a la vez y esta persona se tendrá que salir completamente de la app y cerrar completamente la app para que la otra persona pueda ingresar a ver la cámara envívo y poderla gestionar, cuando digo que se tiene que cerrar completamente es que en la barra de notificaciones no puede estar apareciendo el logo de app como si estuviera ejecutandose en segundo plano si está app aparece en la barra de notificaciones la otra persona le aparecerá offline over seesion siempre vera la camara fuera de linea.

* Con datos o WiFi solo una persona a la vez, para cerrar desde la barra de notificaciones deje presionado la notificación y este le mostrará un menú de ajustes busque una palabra que diga forzar detener aplicación o detener.

* Revisa la velocidad del internet haz un test de velocidad y si está baja desconecta el router de la energía unos 5 minutos vuelve a conectar si la velocidad no mejora llama a soporte técnico para que ayuden con el tema de velocidad.
